Monthly G-TEP for First Responders
G-TEP sessions are regularly scheduled for all First Responders who live and work in Bayfield and Ashland Counties. Monthly sessions are created as prevention/early intervention. First responders should consider coming to monthly G-TEP sessions as a 'mental health maintenance', or if there is a particular event that is feeling 'hard to shake'.

G-TEP for First Responders in Response to an Event
G-TEP sessions can be scheduled by individual First Responders or Departments in response to an event. There are times where responding to an incident may be particularly difficult to manage. A G-TEP session can help to prevent these incidents from being stored maladaptively and resulting in symptoms of PTSD.

G-TEP for Community Members in Response to an Event
G-TEP sessions can be scheduled by community members in response to traumatic events (for example, following traumatic loss, vehicle accidents, natural disaster, or violent crime). G-TEP sessions can help to prevent these incidents from being stored maladaptively and resulting in symptoms of PTSD. G-TEP sessions can include just the individuals directly involved in the incident, or can involve family members and others impacted.

Limited Series G-TEP for Specific Groups
Weekly G-TEP sessions will be offered for specific populations at various times. Typical length of time will be 6 weeks, meeting once per week for 1-2 hours.

Resilience Training for First Responders
Resilience Training for First Responders will be offered in a training format. First Responders regularly witness things that most people cannot imagine. G-TEP sessions are a way to manage the impact of those experiences after they happen. Resilience Training will teach skills and tools to utilize on an ongoing basis.
